Springfield Socom 16 bipod

Any suggestions on a bipod for a socom 16? There are so many choices but I would like to utilize the hole in front of the sling swivel. Please direct me to some good deals gents. Thanks.
While I'm at it how bout a scope as well? Is it going to be long-eye relief?
