    Regarding the California Olympic Exemption

So I just found out that Beretta are beginning to import Manurhin MR73. Manurhin MR73 is on the CA Olympic Exemption list. Is it possible for me to buy it than have it shipped to an CA FFL willing to except the transfer/paper work?

It would be possible to do a single action exemption conversion even if this pistol were not on the list.

But yes, since it is on the list it will be straightforward. Do not order until you get the go-ahead from your CA transfer FFL.

Yea, just because something is legal and good to go doesn't mean the FFL will execute the transaction that is out of his daily norm.

I looked at the Olympic exempt list only the MR73 in 38 Special seems exempt.
