PPT Ammo at Big5

Hey guys, happy Saturday to all
So I did a ammo transfer today at the Big5 in Rancho. I met a gentleman there at 10am, went on in, talked to the manager and he was all up for it. Apparently this was the first ammo PPT they have done there and my first as a seller.

What's the point of the seller being there and how does the DOJ keep track of what people sell? They asked for zero info from me.

It's just trying to track who is receiving ammo.
