    Is Venmo gun friendly?

I've been using PayPal for buying or selling online with private parties, but one mistake and your account is shut down. If a buyer messes up and writes, "Payment for the Glock trigger" in the comments, you sweat it out waiting for PayPal's bots to bust your butt.

What is your take on Venmo? Gun friendly? Cost effective? How do they deal with buyer's remorse?

What other gun-friendly online payment systems do you recommend?

Good job guys. Now please go and tell everyone in the marketplace. I’ve been preaching to deaf ears for years.

Venmo is designed for friend to friend payments. If you use Venmo and get scammed (like I did on the m&p forum) then you have ZERO recourse. That was a hard lesson to learn. DO NOT USE VENMO When purchasing anything from a stranger!!!

OK, no Venmo then. What happens if your bank does not work with Zelle and you don't have a debit card?

If you want insurance, pay the 3% fee to Venmo to use a credit card, that way you can dispute the charge with them if you need to.

They all work if you keep your payment description on the DL. I prefer Venmo and Zelle because they don’t charge a fee.

Venmo = PayPal. Did you not read above?

Interesting. I used to be in a small business. I'm sure there's another fee for a charge back for non-delivered item but at least you're not out all your cash. Have to look into this. Usually I just deal ftf for guns and ship/pay to people with 5+ itrader ratings using zelle or pp.

Don’t shop with Venmo - use Venmo to spot a friend/coworker for tacos.
Open an online debit card for a safeguard to buy online or open a burner credit card.
