Shipping Thread?

I know this topic has been beat with a stick around here for ages, but I can't seem to find the thread about shipping a rifle in from out of state. It's a family transfer.

My grandfather is giving me his Remington Model 541, and most likely a few other nice bolt actions while I'm back visiting in a few days.
(Pics will of course follow once they're in my loving embrace)

So....
Shipping these. I'm going to call down to my FFL to give them a heads up that I'm going to be shipping them from Wisconsin.
Now, as far as FedEx/UPS/USPS etc...
Can someone advise, or point to the proper thread?

He can ship via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc) or the US Postal Service since it is a LONG GUN. Non-license holders may NOT ship handguns via the postal service.

It must go to an FFL who is willing to accept a shipment from a non-FFL (there are plenty of them out there).

The dealer will be able to charge whatever fee he likes (average is about $75.00 total [$25.00 state fees + $50.00 dealer fee).
