Well, sfe is right with the humorous post and does not need to go work there to save anyone.

If you open a mechanic shop, you need to hire mechanics not unskilled labor.
If you open a gun shop, you need to hire gun savvy people who know about guns and have experience with guns. Albeit that is a rare breed these days, especially in the cities.
It is not like hiring for Starbucks or Kmart. If you have been around guns and buying guns, you would know that the ignorance among TURNERS' employees is near legendary and inviting of all well deserved jokes.
