    I ended up going with the hyskore holders. gonna see how that turns out. if not I will use a magnet. Part of it was that I like them on "display" for myself. I am a bit ocd when it comes to organization. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

          I keep some of my magazines in shoeboxes if they are not attached to firearms or stored in mag pouches. A big shoebox is for big magazines and a little shoebox is for small mags. That is about as organized as I get.

            I keep 4 or 8 mags in mag pouches for competition guns, depending on game and mag requirements. Easy access to what I need.

            The rest go in ammo cans. Without padding, or worry.

            I'm not worried about mags bumping into each other, or them getting scratched, they're forking gun magazines for fork's sake.
