    Question on cz sp01 SAO

So I bought the gun. Bought the standard package (formerly defense package.

Then bought a single action trigger from armory craft.

My question is do I remove the disconnector entirely for single action only? Or do I need to order a disconnector from Cajun?

Removing the disconnector is what converts the Pistol to single action.
If you want to remove the take up than the firing pin block has to be removed and the lifter that activates it, than in place of the lifter you need a spacer.
Its a fun project , have fun!

Also did the little piece on the right side Safty have a spring. I know the left side does. I took that one out before I started banging out the hammer pin retaining pin

One safety retainer does not have a spring, yeah I think it is the right side.

I see your trigger will have pre-travel and over-travel screws. Dial those in and loctite them down; they help make the trigger really nice.

Ya not sure on how to dial them in yet. Still trying to get the Safty in. Then gotta find a video to tell how to do the trigger screws and sear screw

The sear should have come with instructions. Something to the effect of "Cock the hammer, set the safety. Adjust the sear set screw until it makes light contact with the safety.

A little googling on pre-travel and over-travel adjustments should get you straight on the trigger.

Your sear needs to hinge in the same place, if you do not install a spacer the mating with the hammer could bind, Cajun has the spacers, they also will guide you through the sear to safety adjustment.
The Sear and trigger bar also need to mate properly and if the sear shifts into the empty area it can cause issues.

Okay now I think I understand.
                      1.Remove firing pin retaining pin
2.Remove firing pin block plunger and spring
                      3.reinsert firing pin retaining pin

Next onto the the sear cage
                      1. Ease out pin
                      2. Remove lifer and spring
                      3. Install spacer
                      4. Push pin back in

Doing so will reduce horrid travel it has.

There is the link, if it does not appear it is in the Cajun parts for the SPO1 page 5.
Your single action trigger has an adjustment screw for reducing the take up, adjust it so it reduces the trigger take up but allows trigger re-set.

Your procedure is correct, as long as the final result is to your liking.
I do not use reloads, my admiration to all of you that reload, if you have the patience to re load this modification should be a piece of cake for you,
                        keep on having fun!

I have no idea if the funnels interchange.
My TS has a funnel and for sure the TS funnel does not interchange with the other frames.
CZ USA has a variety of them, and they list them as small frame, large frame, shadow 2 , etc.
