Need a quick pulse check here: I posted an advertisement in the WTB section. about a week ago. This morning I received a Private Message from Robertman01 (frasermain462@gmail.com) suggesting that a contact he had was trying to sell the exact gun I was looking for. The account for Robertman01 was only set up yesterday and has no activity otherwise.
I did email Charles in Texas (charleswilli897@gmail.com). The initial response was yes, have it in great shape, when are you going to be in Dallas so that you can pick it up (I live in the Bay Area).
After 1 more email, I received a text from Charles saying he could use his local FFL to ship to my FFL but wanted to know how I would pay him. I made a suggestion to pay electronically and he said that would be fine.
I'm currently waiting on some photos of the gun, but something is screaming inside of me that nothing feels quite real about this entire thing. BTW, the cell phone number texting me is a New York area code 347.
Does any know of or have dealings with any of the following: Robertman (Bigdogrock42@gmail.com) or Robertman01 (frasermain462@gmail.com) or Charles from Texas (charleswilli897@gmail.com)? How about PayPal address (aew7683@hotmail.com)?
