How do I permanantly pin a folding stock?

Im interested in potentially purchasing a Sig 556 Classic but i will have to pin the stock so it does not fold. What is a good way to accomplish this? As a note i dont have a lot of mahinery i can use for drilling or any other type of machining..

it does NOT have to permanent. Dont mess up the rifle forever. It just has to be pinned open to the point where it woud need a tool or something other than your finger to close it.
*DISCLAIMER* I probably misspelled alot of things, and i dont care...

That is correct for CA AW law. The shortest configuration.
