    Shipping ammo to 03+COE

Admittedly, I have not been keeping up with current legislation.

What are the requirements of me, a non ffl, shipping ammo to an 03+COE holder within the state?

Some out of state vendors will ship direct to you, if you hold a 03FFL and COE. Use search, Riceman started a thread where we keep track of those vendors.

Many out of state vendors will not, they do not want to deal with the hassle. In state vendors cannot. If an out of state vendor is owned by or has ownership of an instate business, they also cannot ship direct to you.

I want to ship my ammo in California to someone in California that has 03+FFL.

I know I don’t need to go to an FFL since the buyer is exempt from the BC law, but isn’t there some new labeling requirement?

You do not use a ORM label anymore. Check with your shipper for requirements.
