FTF industries & cobray slow shipping?

I ordered something at the beginning of may, may 2nd or may 3rd, from both these places. From FTF i wanted a bunch of small mac parts and from Cobray i wanted mac11 sideplates, but both these places have not sent me anything or even any email saying theyve been shipped, I understand thigns take sometime in this hectic panic, but its been nearly 5 weeks and im beginning to give up faith that anything will ever come up. Should i jsut ask for my money back?

Give FTF a call. They are not exactly known for customer service (putting it lightly) but I got my stuff from the quickly, granted that was a year ago.

What about cobray? Without their sideplates I dont even have what i need to finish the build. i'll try and contact both of them tomorrow

why did you pick cobray side plates over the ftf ones?

because im building a mac-11, i didnt see mac 11 sideplates on FTF, only mac10 plates

I too ordered m11-9 side plates from cobray about a month ago. I received an email saying they received my order and that I should receive another email shortly when my plates ship, still waiting.

FTF has real slow shipping, ordered some parts last Oct. and it took 3 times as long as othe rplaces.

Funny, maybe FTF reads this forum, they just sent me an email saying they shipped it out. Now if only cobray would send me my stuff....

FTF industries has no problem taking your money and letting you wait until they have the item in stock. it took me 2 months to get an AK kit (i didint really care because they sold a romy kit for 195$ at the time)

cobray took 3 1/2 months to get me some side plates, but they do eventually ship. if you have any questions call cobray and talk to the gentelman there he will tell you where your order is in the stack

So far FTF has been good to me with my mac parts... Cobray lagged forever on the sideplates. I'd honestly never use Cobray again, but who else has m11/9 sideplates??

Give Cobray a polite email or call, and ask for an update.

well, i got the package from FTF and its missing about $50 worth of parts, Im going to call them sand see what is up.

Does USmachinegun carry any of the parts you're looking for? I just ordered some Mac stuff from them and they were super quick and had good customer service.

nope, they dont, no one anywhere on the internet does, for any sort of reasonable prices.
