    Feb 5th Placerville.

Late last year I went to two in one day. Antioch and Fairfield. Had a great time, pickup some 9mm and 556, used scope and parts for a build. Saw some nice C&R.
    Last year......

Certainly won't be any ammo deals even if there is one.
Nothing irrational about Covid. Just ask the 400,000 that have died. Wake up and smell the coffee.

I have a copy of the mandate floating around in one of my emails.

I'm furloughed at the moment but before I was, I sent a contract to CA Gun Shows LLC for March 13-14 in Santa Rosa, and they just held one in Roseville and another in Vallejo a couple of weeks ago.
Yep. Don't worry tho, some people are always right about everything. Even when they're not

Thanks for the few on point responses guys. Just so everyone knows, I am not discussing whether or not having a big group of people, many of whom probably are too dense to be wearing masks in public, all in one big place was a good idea or not. I was just checking if any shows were going on at all. I mean, Wal Mart has basically been operating the same thing as a gun show this whole time anyways with respect to having a big building with lots of people going through every day.

Nobody is forcing anyone to go outside. If you are afraid of getting sick, you can just stay home.

Haven't gone to a show in CA for a while now, who knows as they change orders, matrix, and etc week to week. Shows in other States have been going on but lots have canceled, even Tulsa was canceled. If the venue can be entirely outdoor, getting permits may be easier.

What 400,000 dead from covid 19 ? Subtract the heart attacks, car wrecks etc and its nowhere near 400 thou. Open the shows.

Grossly inflated numbers. Any corpse that tests positive for CCV, regardless of how many bullet holes they have, gets counted as a "Covid Death".

That's not even counting the tens of thousands of false positive tests...

Gun shows were basically dead before covid.
Last show I went to was $5-10 to park and $18 to get in to view a few over priced guns and ammo, a lot of Indian jewelry, jerky, $7 beer, etc.
I remember the days of the LA County Fairgrounds shows that had 4/5 huge buildings.
It sucks. I doubt I'll ever go to another one in Kommiefornia.

You can thank the ridiculous laws such as killing face to face in '91 for the slow death of shows. Heck even if requiring a background check, there is no reason nowadays and legal precedent to eliminate the waiting period and just perform the 4473/instant check and 3 minutes later go home. The stupid waiting period makes it a huge disadvantage for venders when buyers don't or can't return 10+ days later for a 4 or whatever hour round trip to just do a pickup. Plus CA demands we do their own PPT dros which they keep jacking the price on to where it's literally a 100% tax or darn near for lower priced pieces.
