Identify these cases?

LC but I'm guessing that the first one is some sort of 3rd party factory reloads? Don't think I've seen that kind of crimp before.

Second one, I thought it was nickel plated x39 at first. It's steel, are they polishing it now? The headstamp just has an outline of a bullet. No numbers.

LC Brass. the 7.62 x e9 may be old Chinese or Tula

I've seen tula, wolf, chinese, they are either grey or olive colored. This one is polished!
