Maglatch Recent Experiences?

Hi All-

Forum posts from last year seem to suggest that MagLatch can have a delay with communication (or, in some cases, may not respond at all).

I recently purchased something from MagLatch that's on back-order. I'm hoping for some positive reassurance from anyone who has ordered there semi-recently and received their order.

All experiences are appreciated.

I did get good service from them when I ordered a mag watch FNGR in 2017. Wished I would’ve ordered more of them.

I could use an AR10 one from them now.

I happened to email them last Friday. I will update here if they answer but I don’t expect that to happen.

I ordered a couple AR-15 FNGR kits on May 8.

Forgot about it for a while.

Emailed them on May 28th. They responded same day saying it would ship in 3-4 business days.

My order shipped on June 5th.

I got what I ordered, but I haven't tried contacting or ordering from them since.

No..they are not kaput.

I emailed them on 12/25. Got an answer from them 12/30.

Sorry for the necropost but found this thread in a search and realized I forgot to update.

I ordered another Maglatch/FNGR and received it. Also asked them a question about their Franklin upper service and they got back to me in a few days.

Maglatch company is GTG as far as I'm concerned. NOT the absolute fastest company to email back or ship, but timely enough.

I've ordered several devices from then and will buy again if needed for sure.

If you need a Maglock that's super easy to use-buy one from them.
