Which is the real gun in the photo? Evidently it lacked a hand grip and internal components. The only 2 guns on the table that fit that description are a plastic pump shotgun and a rifle stock. So I don't believe the story that there's a real gun that they seized.

i think new york classifies metalic pellet guns as firearms so i think the one rifle lying on the table is a 177 pellet gun
