No Shot Show 2021, but will they release new products?

I have heard that Shot Show 2021 is cancelled. But I'm wondering if we can expect a bunch of new product announcements around the usual time? I'm hoping for a 9mm carbine with a wood stock, either for the Ruger PC Carbine or one of the 9mm AKs rifles. What are the best sites to find rumors and announcements like that? Thanks!

Of course. Engineers, marketing, and greed don't stop for CoVid so we will see new products.

They like to advertise. Follow NSSF. Maybe here https://shotshow.org/tag/new-products/

It's extremely unlikely new products will be announced. Gun companies across all parts of the industry have been running 110% for most of the year just trying to meet demand. Most are backordered into LATE 2021. From a business perspective new products make no sense right now.

I would expect to see a few standard-caliber items to debut. A "new" 1911 or Gluck - in a standard caliber, that takes the same kinda mags others in the lineup take - that sorta thing.

I wouldn't count on too many new calibers debuting. As noted - mfg's can't keep up with .223 & 9mm; I wouldn't count on something like a new ".237 Fireball," or "8mm Magnum DE-luxe" popping up...

          I can see it now....

          Glock introduces....

The Glock 357... in .38 Super! Because our model numbers cause untold amounts of grief, and at least there's a chance you can fine .38 Super on the shelves!!

why - if the can't keep up with current demand there in no incentives to push new products when they can't make enough of the old ones... the development has probably already been done with the new products but nothing will come of it until things settle down

                  I want to see:

                  - Marlin to introduce a S&W 500 lever action...or Henry is fine too...(yes I know about the Big Horn model 89)
                  - Magpul universal long action mags for AICS 3.850 magwells (not just for the Rem 700) and hopefully a long action lower to follow for AR builds (AR-5?)
                  - CAA indistries expand on the RONI chassis for Lonewolf frames and P80 large frames (PF45).
                  - Remington re-enter sporting clays (remember the SPR 100 or the 3200?)
                  - A new polymer and/or auto revolver (......what?)
Anyway...here's a dearth of reasoning to ponder: http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Guns
