I've had a 21" 1301 Comp for a little over 5 years now and have ran it hard in 3 gun and other matches. It fits me great and I love the light weight. It runs everything from the cheapest walmart birdshot to premium slugs. It also shoots slugs accurately. It's a great gun and the 21" is a great option to pull double duty, it's short enough for defensive use and long enough to use in competition.

I'm a Benelli ho so I would lean towards a Benelli... pick a flavor you like. That being said, the 1301's are a solid shotgun as well.
Really can't go wrong with the choices you listed. That being said, buy a Benelli. lol
