I have not used guns or even kept up with the new laws for the past 4 yrs. In fact I hardly even remember how to use my guns.

I was thinking about that. I bought this gun in 2015 and never changed anything on it. Does it have to be changed to featureless before I sell it?
Has adjustable stock, bullet button etc.

yes you have an aSSault weapon now. separate upper and lower till you modify.
