Crossroads Of The West Gunshow, Earplugs Question...

anyone know if the peeps that do the whole custom cast earplug thing are likely to be at the Crossroads of the West Gunshow that's comming up this weekend in Orange?

I've always wanted to get a pair of those. I was talking to my father and he said he and my step mom scored a pair at the Ventura show. Well it was more like they took a casting, you paid and then they show up in the mail a little later.

I missed the last Costa Mesa show, but I know they were at the one before that.

There were 2 vendors doing the earplugs at the last one and they should also be at this one.

Be sure you get a recommendation about the vendor that you use. I've had several sets of plugs made and there's only one vendor that made plugs worth a darn.

I've always had excellent results from Keith Brown. I think he's located in southern California. I always buy a set from him at the state trapshooting event.

I bought some primers from Miwall at the Reno show. They didn't have any powder though.

I talked to the guy at the miwall booth at the Victorville gunshow and he told me there won't be any powder in Costa Mesa. They arn't allowing anyone to sell it there anymore.

Are you serious? If that's the case, there's no reason for me to go to the show. I guess I can get primers, but I'm not even that hard up for basic Winchester primers right now...
