The CP is a state facility so SF and DC can cry and protest all they want- they have no say what events are held at the Cow Palace. Strange deal in that the CP land is located in both SF and DC- different counties. They used to have gun shows at the San Mateo County Fairgrounds a long time ago but somehow the county figured out how to ban them despite a lawsuit against Alameda Co over this issue that went on for years and ultimately changed nothing.
Back when Newscum was Mayor of SF he complained about the CP gun shows to no avail. I'm surprised he has not been able to put an end to them now that he's the Gov. Maybe it's because they bring in a lot of money - IDK.

Be warned, they will probably have a reduced occupancy limit. Get there EARLY. When it fills up, people in line have to wait for people to leave.
      Tucson?

I went to the Springerville show mid morning & no wait to get in. Was a little crowded, but then, it was a rather small room at the VFW--- a couple of dozen tables. Bought a few small items. This was my first AZ show

I got a table at the St. John's show (put on by NASA) and sold a few things from my extras pile. Not very crowded either day but I really enjoyed it and made some $$$.

I plan to go to the Phoenix show as well.

BTW, went to a Cow Palace show around 1987 when I was attending college at San Jose State.
