This may be a new record

for a ridiculous ammo price. Gun show in AZ today, I was looking for some .300 Blackout ammo. For one (1) box of 20 cartridges, someone was selling it for Eighty (80) dollars American. That's Four, count 'em, 4 dollars for each round. Super premium stuff, made by S&B.

Okay, they weren't exactly "selling it", they were HOPING to sell it.

300blk is one of the rounds i reload because even when things were good it was $.70 a round. Even now i can reload for less than half that. That reminds me that I have 400 primed cases and 400 pills to load.

You had to be that 300 guy. Joke.

That’s horrible I’m really not liking this market, I’m not seeing a light in this tunnel anytime soon. Buy cheap and stack deep the common and nato rounds. In times of panic they’re the first to go.

Which I did. Blackout isn't common. I had been watching out and waiting to stock up, but the bargains never came. I saw some bargains way back when, but didn't have a Blackout then.

I am quite sure any ridiculous ammo price anyone has ever been apt to comment on, will have been beaten 4-fold by "Cheaper Than Dirt".
