Cabelas Bulk Ammunition

Has anyone here ever tried Cabelas Bulk Ammo? What did you think?

Sure have and never have had a problem with them.

I bought some 7.62 X 39 a few months back from them, 1000 rounds just before the shortage.. Was a great deal - would definitely order from them again..

What's the shipping charges like to CA?

I think shipping is a flat rate. I ordered a case when I was scared the law would change, excuse really. But the containers they send are very cool.

Quickie, is the bulk ammo boxed or loose inside the dry boxes?

In the picture it looks loose. I am not sure if it comes this way though.

It all comes boxed up in the plastic ammo can; at least my .223, wolf 7.62x39, .30-06, .30 carbine, 9mm, and .45 all did.

ammo comes in boxes (at least mine did 38,357,45acp,460) and shipping goes by price but they do charge extra for heavy packages. also they give plastic ammo cans for every 300 rounds ordered.
