There was a gun store Commercial on the radio - SF Bay Area

    Did my ears deceive me???

Nope, it sure as hell was a commercial for a gun store.

I enjoyed the fact they stayed away from the word Glock, and only referenced brands like Kimber, Benelli, and other "non scary" brand names they could associate with "hunting".

We all know what they have, and it's not just hunting. I just got a kick out of it.

The economy is such that gun stores can find main stream media outlets to advertise.

If I had to guess it was 107.7 the bone. They have a few gun sponsors for the last decade or so.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

KSFO when Sussman was still on used to have City Arms commercials. 560am for the win?

KNBR used to have Limbo and other talk shows, would have gun shop and gun show commercials often. KSFO used to carry G Gordon Liddy's show and played gun related commercials.

Last time I was in Salt Lake City, a bus drove by me covered in some giant decal with a hottie holding an AR15, advertising an indoor range.

We get gun shop, firing range, and gun show ads on the radio here. Still a lot of 'gun culture' going on in NC even in one of the more urbanized counties (Wake).

I wonder how Peninsula Guns would advertise their shop?

“Come to Peninsula Guns, where our safe is ALWAYS full!”

Not S.F,but when i was in Modesto there was a radio add for a Gun And Motorcycle shop. I thought that was way cool. Now if they also sold Guitars it would truly be a one stop shop
