      OP, looking at the part number for the nightmare P220, it’s not in Sig’s catalog. I scratched my head for a few minutes as to why, and then realized that it’s a special order part from their custom shop.

      Meaning, you might be able to send any new P220, that you legally transferred, to their shop and have it converted and sent back.

      Obviously not cheap, but maybe an avenue to consider. Talk to Sig customer service and see what they say.

      The difference, as far as I can tell, is Tritium/fiber sights, grip and nickel controls and grip screws.

      Even if the gun you get back is not a true limited edition, it should look and behave the same.

        If your FFL is willing to dros it for you after discussing details with him, I doubt that it will stop the sun from rising or the black choppers taking off. It is a 220 after all.
