Zev Technologies OZ9 series are off-Roster handguns.
^They are primarily made to order with a 4 month backorder wait list.
This means a CA FFL dealer can not legally transfer them unless an exemption is utilized.
Currently, ZEV Technologies does not sell the OZ9 receiver by itself and they do not offer any "build kits" for it.
They sell spare and replacement parts for it, but nothing that would allow the construction of a functional pistol since they do not sell their proprietary receiver by itself.sigpic
