Beretta walnut grips...

Installed a set of Beretta walnut grips on the 92FS. Not sure how I feel about the look, but they do feel a lot better than the stock grips. I actually like them better than a set of WC grips I used to have as well.

Both have the D spring installed, decoder kit, oversized mag release, and skeletonize hammers. The 92FS has a Vertex slide because I wanted to change out the sights but still advent decided on a set.

The walnut grips feel better, but they are also a little thicker than the stock grips. I love the look of the stock grips but they get a little slippery in my hands. I actually replaced the stock grips the other day with the Beretta rubber grips and those are fantastic as well.

I have the competition kit they used to sell in the 90s with the thumbrest target grips. This is the year where I learned to love wood grips on metal frames.

It looks like a MecGar. I don't know what mag I had in when this pic was taken, but I replaced a lot of them with factory Beretta std cap mags during Freedom Week - I probably sold this mag off.

Looking at it, I believe it is MecGar - I had six of them and sold them all but odds are that is what the pic was taken with. Here they are
