I have been trying to email their support address but have not been getting a response. I've submitted an order over 2 1/2 weeks ago and paypal funds have been cleared. I have yet to receive my item and all the order status shows me is "ordered".

Update: I've sent an email and PM on the 26th, called w/ no answer. Emailed the support line a week prior. I've noticed he hasn't logged on since just before I PM'd so I'll give him the benifit of the doubt.

But for now I can't say I'm happy, especially from a board sponsor.

I placed an order with them too. Took my money from paypal and has not been received yet. Its ok, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will do one with paypal also.

Not very good customer service in my opinion
