Hello all,
So I pulled my action out of my bedded stock to give the stock some attention, (really liking the Tom's 1/3 mix, btw) and pulled the handguard also to change it up a bit, and intentionally pulled off the sticky silicone dots that "float" the handguard. One was attached to the rear by the chamber bulge of the barrel and the other towards the front of the HG/barrel. I pretty much had to rip it off, and am looking to find out what they were to replace them when I'm ready to reassemble. It's a black silicone looking round dot. I dug around quite a bit and couldn't find the answer.
I'm confused after that explanation, hope that makes sense, and thanks for the help!!
