I’ll be triggered too! Soon my friend soon!

For your AR, why not Geissele?

I agree with you on wanting “component” trigger without adjustment screws for AR

How about bobbing the hammer on a mil spec trigger and putting in $12 JP spring kit, or getting a G trigger

Timney Competition trigger for ARs. This is going to be a personal preference that will go against a lot of other people’s opinion: after 3 brands of drop-in triggers (Rise Armament, Velocity, and Timney), I do not like them. Something about having to use set screws to take up slack from the hammer/trigger pins and the general feel of drop-in triggers just feels wrong for an AR. I’ll take a good quality, MIL-spec style, NiB coated, polished sear/hammer engagement fire control group any day over any drop-in trigger now. Timney and Velocity drop in trigger will probably end up in the Marketplace. Returned the Rise Armament triggers (RA-434s) shortly after purchase cause two of them were defective.
          Get a JP trigger set.
You have to do a little fitting to time the disconnector, but it's one of the better single stage triggers you will ever shoot in an AR once setup properly.

Wish FA can make their triggers smoother out of the box. Been wanting to take one out and polish the mating surfaces, but at $400-500 a set, I'm kind of afraid of messing it up.

Gei$$ele is overpriced. LaRue a better value.

Hiperfire is good too. Adjustable with springs.

For precision AR builds, the Timney drop-in triggers are awesome. Especially the Timney Calvin Elite, which has a 1.5 lb pull and 4-degrees of freedom for trigger position adjustment.

                    Good for you OP.

Not only take the time to modify your firearms to suit you, but fill in the small gaps in your arsenal; slings, optics, sights, lights, etc. A great trigger is, IMO, a core and essential combat prep for any gun.

Ensure just about every firearm you own is combat ready.

                    Times are getting spicy.

                    Carry on......

CGW has pre fitted disco or over sized that needs to be hand fitted. I used the type2 drop in on my SP01 and it's butter.

but looks like it need the reset system parts

My POF-415 came with a Timney. GREAT trigger, but better suited to a SPR. For HD, I'll take my Geissele SSA every time.

The Larue is close and tough to beat for price. Maybe try one in another AR if you have one.

I did a Cajun kit install on an P01 decocker today.
                              No big deal.

The little detents/springs on the manual safety models are more trouble than anything on a P01 decocker.
