If you are wearing business casual or business formal attire, everyone will 100% believe this bag has a laptop and paper

A Krink or AK pistol easily fits into just about any back pack.
Really needed a thread about it?

The problem with the jansport is that they are cheap and flimsy. An AR pistol or SBR will will protrude out the bottom due to all the weight culminating at a single point, and lack of good structure and will tear the backpack at the seams. I know, I tried this when hiking to and from my car when BLM shooting, and this was very short distances.

Go to Goodwill, find a carry on sized backback suitcase like a Victorianox or Eagle Creek. Job done.

People give stuff like that to Goodwill? That doesn't have a dead raccoon stench?

Ima have to find a Goodwill!

TJ Maxx works too if you'd rather have new, but around me Goodwill tends to get good stuff.

I like this discreet bag I bought a few years ago. Unfortunately, it is so discreet, I can't find a label to tell who made it. It is one of the big brands. It will take an SBR easy. It is padded and full lockable, and has 3 ways to draw the firearm. From the top, or pulled from the sides.

Since you've tried it and I haven't, I have a question: I'm thinking some grommets through the rear (say, 2 across and 3 down, like a spine), and then affixing it that way. Or hey, how about velcro strapping in a similar way?

That would be a neat solution. Thoughts?
