The American Legion Post 419 in Santa Clara is looking for a gunsmith to inspect the 10 rifles (M1's I believe) that they use for military funerals. They need to have them verified that they are broken so they can be replaced. The gentleman that I talked to mentioned that they clean them all of the time but they malfunction quite a bit, hence the quest for new rifles. Unfortunately, they are not really able to pay for the service. They are hoping someone can do it pro bono, take it off your taxes instead. The gunsmith they were using died a couple of years ago. If someone is willing then let me know, I will find a way to get your contact information to them. Thanks!
