ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

It's just an auction space-saver.
While that seller does have nice items, they are merely doing this as place-holder. Have seen it many times before.
It will be something worthy, but it won't be an item at $1MIL.-----------------------------------------------

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement? -
J.Edgar Hoover's S&W Registered .357 Magnum # 1.
P.S......If it is, it will go for well over 1 million.Comment

A .22 Magnum! Ooooooooooh...
This is one of the best rimfire handguns ever manufactured, a 1971 6" .22 Magnum Ratzeburg Willi Korth revolver serial number 26612. As part of the the original Willi Korth Ratzeburg production, it was made out of steel forgings that boasted a tensile strength of 1,700 psi, surface hardened up to 60 HRC on the Rockwell hardness scale, after being hand-ground in the course of hard fitting. Each Ratzeburg Korth revolver required 70 man-hours that comprised 600 distinct operations. Its patented trigger mechanism is designed for a precise and tunable stacking transition in double action, achieved through the use of variously sized rollers on the trigger impinging upon the double action sear on the hammer. The choice of one out of five numbered metal wheels of different diameters determines the weight of the stacking transition, from a hard second stage to no stacking at all.
This original Willi Korth revolver remains in excellent cosmetic and impeccable mechanical condition. It appears to be unfired, and retains over 99% of the original hot salt blued steel finish, marred only by tiny nick near the muzzle end of the barrel. The original oil finished hand checkered semi-wraparound Nill grips are equally well preserved, marred only by two minute dings on the edge of the thumbshelf. The bore retains mirror grooves and sharp lands. The muzzle is unmolested, and the recoil shield and sharp forcing cone indicate a negligible round count. No import markings appear on this all original number matching revolver. With a reversible single action conversion, it can be transferred in California by any FFL dealer.

True wealth is time. Time to enjoy life.
Life's journey is not to arrive safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy schit...what a ride"!!
