    Succesfull first Reload today

Well I just started reloading for my 6.8 SPC AR and took my first batch to the range at Yolo Sportsmen today. I'm glad to say that my first batch was a success. I was a little nervous at first from reading about the possibility of Slam Fires with reloads and soft primers since I was using WOLF SR primers, but everything went perfect. The only problem I had was still with the factory SSA ammo, just like last time I kept having to re-strike to set some of them off, but at least now I have more brass. It was also good to see quite a few AR's out there, I think there was even an AK. Overall, it was a great day of shooting.

I almost forgot, I have a question for you guys. I was shooting at 50 yrds with open sights. What would you guys consider to be good groups at 50 yrds with open sights? I just want to know so I know where to set my goals.

    Thanks.

Glad to hear you had a good shoot.

I would expect 2-3" groups firing offhand at that range.
