Hey guys, so long story short my roommate decided he needed to buy a gun recently(I've been telling him to for years) told him it's a bad time for stock. He shot all my guns (sig1911, G17, S&W 586, S&W bodyguard380) he really liked shooting the glock and decided that's what he wanted to get, every time stock goes online at like riflegear or ammo bros its sold out already by the time I text him to jump online and buy it. He works a lot. So I saw some G17 hit the online shelves and I text him but decided I'd just buy one. I got one and by the time I checked out they were all gone, I haven't done the DROS yet and was wondering if I go with him to claim the purchase can he DROS for himself? Or because it was my credit card am only I allowed to DROS it?
