The DACA that people know are undocumented children of undocumented immigrants. Is there another DACA? In order to buy a firearm you have to at least be a resident with a green card I believe.

The reason there is no ammo or guns is because of fear from multiple issues such as the pandemic, protests and the upcoming election.

Hi OP, not sure if this is a joke post or not, but if you are serious, I suggest you consult with your immigration attorney before making a firearm purchase to triple check you don’t miss anything on the immigration standpoint.

Also you will need to provide the firearms dealer with documentation containing your Alien Registration Number or I-94 Number. Do you have one of that?

hi everyone this is my first post and i am interested in buying my first gun but i don’t know how to go about it. i want an AR but am having trouble finding one because i can’t find anything in stock at any of the stores or online. i am in southern california if that helps. i also can’t find magazines or any ammo is this normal? will this end soon? i would like to buy one before november and i am a DACA student. please help.

Sorry but you are NOT a US citizen nor are you a green card/legal resident of the United States...you are not allowed to own a firearm in the United States...nor should you are any other illegal foreign alien be allowed to own or posess a firearm in the US.

Just curious, why before November? Asking for a friend who works for ICE.

An F1 student is a foreign student who has been issued a international student visa. DACA students have no legal status and do not have visa's.

I saw that too and was confused. The poster in that thread above Nestor linked a CZ for sale, priced at $1,800. I think Nestor was basically replying to that post, suggesting he was shocked at the price in the link.

Either way, I think this is most likely a troll post. If this person is serious, they'll likely leave once they realize they cannot legally own a firearm and no one here is willing to sell one illegally, or once they're banned for being a troll.
