how much do they charge for fees and dros on a new purchase? I've only done PTP's and paid the $25?

Depends on the shop. Cheapest I've seen in this area is $65 (DROS included), some charge $100 plus DROS or even higher.

Are you buying the gun from "them", or are you having it shipped to "them" from another shop?

new purchases, should have tax n dros fee...within CA.

transfers will range, but will still have $25 DROS fee. some up to $100 (usually already includes DROS).

just got back from turners, the charge $30 including the $25 dros for a new purchase from their store.

just picked up a new 10/22
