What's the cheapest and easiest way to make an AR fixed mag compliant to sell? TIA.

Ask a store if they will ppt a lower. Sell the upper separately outside? Make them buy the maglock.
Ebay a used maglock solution?

The cheapest would be to permanently attach (weld, epoxy, rivet) a 10 round magazine into the magazine well.

Although, the majority of people would not want that option.
