The Glock Store comes through !! (eventually...)

So I placed an order back on Nov 27th 2019 for a G41 .45 to 10mm conversion barrel, a 10mm extractor, and some 10mm mags

I get excited when the package shows up a week later in december.
I receive everything but the barrel.
They say "We are just waiting on the barrels, shouldn't be long..."

So I forgot it about for a few months...and then make an inquiry in Feb 2020.
"Those barrels are on back order for a few more weeks"

Then covid hits.....and I wait a few more months. June of 2020
"Ah yeah, we'll let you know when they get here, should be a few more weeks..."

So late Aug 2020, I make another inquiry....
"Nothing yet, we'll let you know, should be a few weeks..."

So Saturday, Sept. 5th, I finally receive a package from the glock store..
It's a barrel !!
Funny thing is, the gun it's for, it's 800 miles away in another state !!
I moved it out like 6 months ago.

So a big "Thank you" to the Glock store for getting me my barrel !!!
....because it's been years since I remembered what is was like,
to wait for something over a long period of time.
It rivals the 80% lowers craziness that was going on back in 2014 !!

Does anyone else remember the crap that Ares Armor pulled on their customers way back then ??

Better late than never right

Back when I lived near their SD location, I did store pick up for in-stock items sold online. It took them 13 days to notify me my order was ready for pickup, and I thought THAT seemed excessive

Can't say I've ever had to wait 10 months for an online order though!
