2 choices, get a iron sight mount that punches into your current sight or get it milled out by a pro company.
For the laser you can get a guide rod laser maybe.
CZ sells mounts too.
Milling or cutting is called an optics cut or RMR cut which is specifically for a lot of people's favorite red dot. -

Glock guys do it all the time. My friend asked me why I did it to my 19 and I said I just wanted one, I don't carry it and a red dot is just faster acquisition. It was a build that I did because I got a gun that could have many options for aftermarket parts. Now if you said pistol scope I might agree with him there, put that on the longest barrel you can.Comment

handgun is inherently a compromised design, so it will never be as accurate as rifles. Thus, I only invest in glass for long guns and stick to irons for pistols.
But there are excellent competition handgun shooters who use red dots on full size handguns. That said, you have a compact CZ with shorter barrel and sight radius. Adding optics will just make it bulky (defeating purpose of a compact design), so might as well just get a full sized or long slide pistol. My $0.02
Btw, if you want one just for the sake of having one.. nothing wrong with it either. I have a compensator mounted on a 9mm carbine purely for aesthetics. I am sure it does absolutely nothing.....give how slow 9mm is compared to rifle cartridgesLast edited by n8vrmind; 09-04-2020, 5:23 PM.Comment
