Question about selling ammo in California

I have an FFL03 and COE. I am planning to sell about 1000-1500 rounds of .44mag ammo. I sold the gun. I know I have to go through an FFL to make the transfer to a private party.

    My question:

Am I limited to only selling 500 rounds per month?

(I don't know if my FFL03 exempts me from this requirement)

Question about selling ammo in California

Before I post my ammo for sale - can an FFL03/COE private citizen sell more than 500 rounds per month?

Does the FFL03/COE exempt him from this part of the law?

P.S. I sold my gun and will be posting about 1500 rounds of ammo.

        Skyhawk - thank you.

I will be selling .44 magnum JHP factory ammo. Can someone suggest a fair price. I don't want to take advantage of fellow gunowners. But, I don't want to give it away.

Rcjackrabbit - look the brand up online and then you can get a guesstimate of what you might want to sell it for. GLWS
