Now that people are starting to shoot. I think it will get much worse across all of the situations now that they are shooting. Unless it gets put down and hard. I also think the runs on guns, ammo, reloading supplies and other items will get much worse until some order is restored and the Chinese virus is dealt with and the election is decided. This is looking more and more like a uncivil war is in the making.

Personally agreedNow that people are starting to shoot. I think it will get much worse across all of the situations now that they are shooting. Unless it gets put down and hard. Once the election is over all of a sudden these peaceful protests will be seen as the riots they are. Police will then be ordered to put an end to them.
As for guns and ammo prices always follow boom and bust cycles. Especially ammo but guns as well companies can ramp production quickly. I believe they are waiting and holding until they can be sure demand will continue at the current pace. Some of the big companies see in financial trouble, the last thing they can do is invest capital for growth and have it not pay off. Ammo might be another question. If they don't start increasing production I could see some hedge fund types buying some small producer kicking them in to high gear. That could make some of the big brands lose market share, something wall Street hates and will punish them for.
If we are still in a massive ammo crunch after the election I bet we more production come on line. Either way I bet prices start to go down first quarter of next year.
Guns might start to go down six months after that assuming manufacturing is back open before the new year.Comment

No way, it seems like every month there's a new "protest", people are going to realize that police can't be everywhere to protect them. Add to that this year is an election year, and a certain former CA AG is the democrat's VP pick, prices and availability won't stabilize for a while.Comment

Yep. After Trump is re-elected in a landslide, Anqueefers, Dumb@$$ lives DON'T matter, Cracka's Be Protestin' et.al., will ALL go insane. The boogaloo, will then be "ON!"
15 minutes later, as we victorious patriots start piling in to Hooters, to celebrate OUR "landslide victory" over Marxist numbnuttery, gun & ammo prices will continue to hold steady, for a few months at least, as many of us endeavor to replenish the couple of magazines each we expended, ASAP.
By this time next year, with their filthy refuse properly landfilled, and the memories of them wailing in the street as we purged their evil from our land FAR behind us... ammo & guns will be plentiful & affordable again, and stories at the rifle range will be GLORIOUS - we regale each other with how we each did OUR part, in wiping out these brainless morons from the UNITED STATES OF 'MURICA.
And life will be good for our children, as we will have studied politics and war in OUR day, that our sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy in theirs (- John Adams -).
Yes. Plentiful & affordable, this time NEXT year.

You must be watching too much MSM. The Democrats are in a panic now, Trump is surging in THEIR polls, the Dems are now suddenly freaking out about the rioting because the polling is showing them it's killing them, and the RNC has Red-Pilled Dems across the nation.
Trump is not only going to win, it's going to be a Landslide.
