Tired of waiting for the 9th

Made some gun purchases after Freedom week 1.0, don't want to be waiting when/if they finish the process. Jestice was all out but there were other places.
Worse comes to worse, at least I'll have some extra mags...

ETA - but the below does not apply to 10/x mags ...

Worst comes to worst, you get prosecuted for violation of 32310, importing or receiving,
    32310.

    (a) Except as provided in Article 2 (commencing with Section 32400) of this chapter and in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17700) of Division 2 of Title 2, any person in this state who manufactures or causes to be manufactured, imports into the state, keeps for sale, or offers or exposes for sale, or who gives, lends, buys, or receives any large-capacity magazine is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year or imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170.
Possibly 2-3 years in county jail per magazine.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

        Oops, yes they are.

No jail for those, under current (2020) law.

Have your OUT-of-state friends buy 'em for you, and hold 'em. Then, when the 9th wakes from their inertia and it's LEGAL - BOOM! Your FULL capacity mags arrive THAT week!

I only load my revolvers with 3 shots because anything more than that is just dangerous...

Good idea, not many friends out of state, one in NY (can't buy), one not into guns in FL.

as soon as we get the thumbs up that SCM are OK , then you can remove the rivet!

buying 10/15 Glock mags is safe for now, just dont remove the rivet yet , not until judge Benitez lifts the stay as say's it's OK

I thought you couldn't convert double stack Glock mags into hicaps because of the design.

These didn't start out as 10rd CA mags. They started out in another state at 15s and they put a rivet in to stop the follower from going any further. Will remove based on good news. Look for keywords on google: 10/15 10/17 10/33 10/30 10/40 etc. Some states have a 15rd limit so it will be 15/30.

So I wonder how many orders have already been shipped and received?
                        1. Compared to what?
                        2. At what cost?
                        3. What hard evidence do you have?

Right? I wasn't one of them. Made 4 orders, 2 canceled on me and 2 waiting. I guess in 3 days.

Doesn't it state (in your referenced text) one year max?

OR " subdivision (h) of Section 1170. " which is 2-3 in county; charging DA gets to pick, and in CA, one can expect the felony.
