    Gun Transfer from Son to Father?

    Hi everyone,

    I have a firearm registered under myself. I want to give the firearm to my father. We both live in the same state. Do I need to do a FFL transfer if it's from son to father?

          Download and fill out DOJ Form BOF 4544A. Send that in with payment of $19 and you're done.
