On the other hand, I use search engines and algorithm websites to search for the cheapest price on guns/gun parts/components. Cheaper and other sites use algorithms based on other sites to maximize sales due to demand at the time. They are probably not sitting their with hands clasped and an evil smile in a dark room looking to gouge people on every item, think how much work that would be...

Are you saying you want government-imposed price controls put in place for private industries?
Maybe government subsidies for ammo producers and distributors?
Kind of hard to square with the Libertarian, anti-government timbre of the CalGuns community.

I've found great deals on CTD and OP in the past. Wasn't aware of the anti-CTD beef until recently; I'll have to search the archives to see what's up with that. OP often has cool stuff that I can't find anywhere else, sometimes at deep discounts or clearance prices.

We should be glad that there are still so many private gun-industry distributors and vendors in business, readily available online, willing and able to ship guns, parts, and ammo around the country to all of us 2A nuts.

Just wait until we get a Biden/Harris presidency, along with his promised ban on online sale of guns, ammo, and gun parts.
You'll be wishing you'd invested in that $50 box of ammo, $100 recoil spring, or $500 Glock slide.

Not sure if this is a serious question, but I will give you a serious answer. CTDirtbgs have been massive price gougers since the beginning of time. The first recorded instance appears in the book of Genesis:

Yes this was a serious question, ive never been on there website before today and have gotten there magazines years ago but never looked at ammo etc.

Cheaper than dirt was a lot of fun in the 90’s and early ‘00’s because the actually had surplus things from around the world - once all those money makers dried up and we had a few “scares”, they went all to garbage. I don’t think I’ve ordered from them for 15 years.

I have plenty of 9mm, and almost every store around me
That still has ammo has 9mm
No where near these prices. $20-$25 is even high but still by miles better then this trash company.

If you feel like paying more for whats available for less elsewhere, thats on you. But those who pay these prices are what keeps these prices from
Going back down to reasonable prices.

If people stopped paying the gougers there prices, theyd have to lower the prices if they want to make a sale.


We californians keep complaining about the rise in background fees and ccw fees, claiming that the left is trying to make it so only the wealthy can buy firearms and ammo, yet we have every day joes gouging prices doing the exact same thing on a different level.

When that single mother finally goes to buy her means of self protection but then cant buy any decent ammo to get the practice she needs or the ammo to use for self defense, simply because the cost is now too high, i mean whos fault is that?

Im not selling my ammo at all, but i have been getting these emails from these fools, and usually ignore them, but this one i just opened up for curiosity. But damn they probably charge per email or phone call.

They're a business; and like any business they need to sell product at a price significantly above what they paid for it so they can pay their employees, pay their taxes, and pay for the benefits for their employees. Once they've sold that product they then need to acquire more product. Right now it's hard to acquire more product. So in an effort to keep some product on the shelves they raise prices.

The fact of the matter is, even if they bought 50 round boxes of S&B 9mm for $3.00/box if they sold it all at $20.00/box they wouldn't have any stock left to sell. In order to find stock to sell they'll have to be at $20.00/box at best, and must therefore raise their prices to cover their newly acquired goods.
