    Micro Roni

Is the Micro Roni legal in calif? I know when the Glock Store sold them Lenny posted a letter (think it was from the ATF) stating it was legal, and they did not consider it a SBR.
But after that they pulled them from the shelves.
So is it legal or illegal?

Then there is the question, what about the people who bought them before they pulled them and saying "we cant sell them". Confusing? Are they grandfathered in so to speak?

I'd shoot my finger off with that thing but at least I'd hit something.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

It's not legal to use in CA, barrel shroud, forward grip, and SBR.

Also Constructive Possession if you own and don't use it.

The part by itself is CA legal.

When combined with airsoft it is CA legal.

When combined with a semi-auto pistol that does not have a fixed magazine, it makes an illegal assault weapon. [PC 30515(a)(4)(B)]

When combined with a semi-auto pistol that has a fixed magazine, it can be CA legal as long as the new configuration does not meet the CA definition of a SBR.

The airsoft glock has almost no kick already, it's kind of just adding bulk to something that works well up to 20-30 yards anyways.

                        Micro Roni's

Why are dealers still selling these if they are illegal in California? They keep referring to letter from the ATF?
                        What is that about?

As we all know they were being sold by different companies with one of them being the GlockStore. After short time GlockStore pull them off the shelves and said they were told not to sell them because they may be considered an SBR.

But it being labeled an SBR would mean it has a stock. The ones we have all seen being sold do not have a stock it had an arm brace. So with that being said it was legal.

There was a letter posted by the ATF saying the micro Roni is legal in the state of California as long as it has that brace.

Now there are two conflicting statements when you look up legalities. One says it is legal, and another says it's illegal. Does anybody really know?

Got to keep asking to same question and ignore the answers you do not like, until someone gives you an answer that you do like. That way you have "proof" to justify what you want to be true.
