Definitely custom motorcycle parts for frame or swing arm. Or even a two piece cnc gas tank

Y'all apparently never heard of a 0% lower

Our 0% billet AR-15 lower receivers are essentially solid aluminum bricks ready to be forged! Buy this 6061-T6 aluminum slab online from 80 Percent Arms.

Having that many 0% lowers should be illegal.

I just see the one fully semi auto with the shoulder thing that goes up. Might want to delete this picture before the doj sees it.

                    Kaiser select...dang...moving on up!

That’s going to make a few, you tryna make a billet part on that knee mill? Need a CNC to turn that billet into a nice part. Thomson ball screws bruh...even the C7 grade is 2-3 mil of backlash.

Ditch that 6061 and get some 7075, run a Helical brand polished solid carbide end mill, air blast, no coolant, 25 ipm, 5k rpm, 5/16 dia cutter, .1875” DOC, .030” step over. Parts will be cool to the touch, end mill will last days.

Thats what CNC cookbook said, I have no personal experience.

                        Sighs

Makes me miss my mill and lathe

I still have a crate of unfinished paintball gun blanks from when I closed shop

Lol! You guys never disappoint! Would you laugh if I told you this was taxpayer $$$ spent.

We have over $50K just in drill bits. ALL flavors and sizes.

Wish I could share what we're making...
