lcm are nice and all, but..

i managed to score a few last time around and got them out for a couple sessions. it was fun, especially with the 10/22. but honestly, if i had my choice i'd prefer to ditch my fin grips. i still can't wrap my head around the featureless requirements...
from my range-only-non-tactical perspective. i suppose if you're actually zombie prepping then just getting the mags is a bigger deal.

Given that the Magazine ban is hopefully on its way out, does anyone think that this might be the first step in the removal of the Assault Weapons ban?

I just want to be able to have what FREE States have!

    4. Know your target and what is beyond it (avoid all collateral damage).

This is a HUGE step forward... potentially. Amazing to me that only hours later people would be complaining. I wish it was... instead. C’mon now.

      Hopefully this is the beginning...

I hope things get back to normal and we start seeing standard cap mags on gun store shelves again like it was over 20 years ago

and people can freely use them again without the risk of confiscation

It would be nice to get suppressors legalized for hearing protection. Hollywood has totally ruined the perception of suppressors in movies like it completely silences a firearm. It would be nice to have some extra protection for the hearing.

Benitez ruling on Duncan is how we got Miller assigned to Benitez.

Why choose just one when you can have both?

This ruling might be very important. If the Kalifornia law is found unConstitutional, the dems will have a much harder time executing their agenda if JoeHoe wins. There will be precedence in Federal court on the mag capacity.

Right? I have a 50rd drum and 33 round stick from last time that I've used maybe 3 times each. I still only load my handgun mags up to random numbers between 4 to 6 and my rifles 6 to 9 rounds each. I practice mag changes and conserve ammo, especially in this climate.

                          Definitely!

Also, rule against the ridiculous ammo BG check, and importation of ammo (Rhode vs. Becerra). It was so nice to have ammo delivered to my door during Ammo Freedom Day!

You gotta take it one victory at a time. Empires have never been destroyed in one victorious battle, but a long, dragged out war.

At the very least mag capacity restrictions will be a major boon to folks with handguns and already featureless rifles (M1A/M1 carbine/Mini-14, etc.), and the small crowd of guys lucky enough to own belt-fed semi-auto's in the state.

Yep. I think part of the disappointment (for lack of a better term) is that mag changes with the maglock felt unnatural so increased cap promised to minimize mag changes. Higher cap now but the grip is all wonky. Feels like I swapped one cludge for another.

One odd byproduct is that I found I greatly prefer the thumb rest featureless grip when shooting from a rest.
