Depends on the mag. If they’re already 10rds, can’t convert to higher capacity due to the internal structure (ie Glock mags).

    Still no green light yet.

Depends on the magazine, for example, my PPQ mags only need a hole drilled into the side to remove the indentation.

My CZ mags are built shorter with a tall plastic base pad, they can’t be modified to work...

So to answer your question.... it depends....

Glock 10 rounders are made narrower with an internal rail the length of the entire body, and then the springs are also different. So they are basically no-go.

If you converted your blocked CA AR 10 round mags to their native capacity during the last freedom week, you'll be fine.

So fixed mag guns are go to go if everything goes well?

That's Miller V Bacerra, this ruling just makes it so you can keep your 10+ mags and you can use in CA RAWs and featureless rifles and semi-auto pistols.

I thought there were laws to prohibit purchasing parts to convert them to standard capacity even during freedom week and only legal to purchase them already standard capacity during freedom week. Please confirm.

Me personally, I wouldn’t talk about converting 10/30s online just in case.

No, we still have assault weapon laws. Fixed magazine weapons with >10 capacity is a violation of a law not covered by the lawsuit.

Only featureless and registered assault weapons can use >10rd mags. That's for centerfire rifles, I think for handguns you can only >10 mags in guns where the mag goes in the grip.
