Interesting comment from a guy that I just spoke with. Do you guys believe this statement? He was just ranting on how hard to find .45ACP at his local gun shop, Walmart and online stores. His last comment was that he couldn't protect his family with a gun and no ammo. Yes, I was really close to replying, "Well you should've stacked up back in November" but I didn't want to rub salt to his wounds.

So, do you still feel this is the country that it should be without ammunition? Or was this guy just off his rocker.

I just picked up 250 rds of .45 a few hours ago from a fellow CGer. You just have to stay alert, watch the ads and be ready to jump. As for it not being America anymore, trust me. If you saw my ammo closet, you'd believe in America again.

There's still ammo around. You just need to know where to look. Even at Walmart, there was ammo, just not the popular handgun or rifle calibers like .223 and 7.62 X 39. They had 30-06 and .308 on the shelves. Lots of .22 magnum as well. And there is always shotgun ammo there at decent prices.

Sounds to me like this guy just doesn't have enough guns!!

I am a bit troubled by all this gun craze that is been going around lately. I am thinking about converting part of my business into CA registered FFL dealer and start to order ammos for Calguns group buyer.
